What is the greatest pain killer for menstrual cramps?
I generally use Ibuprofen to kill the pain of menstrual cramps, but i have heard that it is not too very good on your stomach to take Ibuprofen. Does anybody know of something I can take to kill menstrual cramps that is good for you? Maybe a thing all-natural?
Also, I often get actually emotional and irritated for the duration of my period. Is there some kind of herb I can take to assist with that?

I typically take advil.
Though, a heating pad on your stomach-abdominals area will assist just as properly.
Chamomile
Ginger
Basil
Peppermint
Cramp bark also assist as herbs.

SEX…or self satisfaction. This is not a joke I employed to fall to the floor in anguish my cramps had been so poor, and that helped a lot.
