ARE ANTACIDS SAFE TO TAKE DURING A JUICE FAST?

Are antacids secure to take during a juice quickly?
I’m juice fasting and I want to take an antacid. Considering that I have not eaten, my stomach is filled with acid and it hurts. Will this void my fast if I take one?

Yeah that would, but first, i state you need to ask your parents. Youngsters these days.

Yes, it is. Antacids neutralize the acids in your stomach but I only use baking soda all the time. In chemistry, salts neutralaizes acids. Use 1/two teaspoon of baking soda to 1/2 glass of water. You can also experiment this with any sour fruits or plane vineger. You will see how baking soda neutralize the acid.
