What are alternative depression relief alternatives?

I am pretty confident I am suffering from depression. I have no interest in anything anymore. I do not feel like hanging out with my buddies or household. I am often exhausted and never feel like consuming. I drink protein shakes and take a shitload of vitamins to literally retain me alive. I continuously really feel drunk and I think it’s just from being delirious from my lack of eating and sleeping. I hate feeling this way, it is lirerally killing me. Everyone about me notices it as well and have commented on it. I have been feeling this way for about a year or so now. I can’t see a physician as I do not have medical insurance and my financal situatuon is not the very best. Are there any other alternatives? St. John’s Wort does not function at all for me, and neither do vitamins or natural anguish relivers. Are there any otc drugs I can acquire? Please assist any info is tremendously appreciated.
