The Oscar countdown has begun, and our official picks are in. Not for the recipients of the golden statues, mind you, but for the night’s second-biggest race: Best Dressed. We scoured the runways, did extensive background research, and debated. It’s a dreamy list, so we’ll get to it before the music plays us off.
